What happens if I cancel?

You keep access through the end of your paid term. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access ends when that term ends.

Is the MCS-150 really free to file?

Yes. FMCSA never charges for it; we tell you when a filing is free.

Do you file anything for me?

No. The final submit is always yours, on the official .gov site.

What does the audit-ready report include compared with the annual plan?

The one-time report gives you permanent access to the audit evidence room and document vault. The annual plan adds the free report, a compliance calendar and reminders, weekly FMCSA monitoring, and a second seat.

Is there a guarantee or refund policy?

Refunds are governed by the refund policy displayed at the time of purchase, if any. Otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
