Unified Carrier Registration

The Unified Carrier Registration program collects an annual fee from interstate motor carriers, brokers, freight forwarders, and leasing companies. The fee is set by fleet-size bracket, and states enforce it at roadside and through audits. Registering at the official portal costs exactly the bracket fee.
