Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse

Also: FMCSA Clearinghouse

The FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse is an online database that records drug-and-alcohol program violations for CDL and CLP drivers. Employers must query it before hiring a driver and at least once a year for current drivers, and report violations to it. It works alongside the testing program that many small carriers meet through a consortium.
